What is Butler Express Repair Program?
Butler Express Repair Program is the collision center’s attempt to repair and return vehicles with minor collision damage on a 1, 2, or 3 business day process.
What type of collision damage qualifies for the Butler Express Repair Program?
Any vehicle with minor damage can qualify for the program.
1 Day with up to 12 Hours of Labor $0.00 to $1500.00
2 Days with up to 20 Hours of Labor $1500.00 to $2500.00
3 Days with up to 28 Hours of Labor $2500.00 to $3500.00
What is the "guarantee" in the Butler Express Repair Program?
If a qualified repair goes over the allotted time to repair, the shop will cover the use of a rental with Enterprise rent a car or (customers choice) 5% of the total repair cost up to $250.00.
Who determines which vehicles qualify for the Butler Express Repair Program?
The estimator or authorized associate handling that particular repair will determine which repair will qualify for the program.
